Volunteer Rules

• Only volunteers per the sign up genius are permitted inside

  • 5 volunteer max capacity

  • All friends and family must be outside of room away from the entrance and windows

  • At least 1 adult in the concessions room at all times

• Student Volunteers earn Service hours

  • Sign Up Genius hours: JV and Varsity. Please expect to stay during the full game.

• Free Food

  • There is no free food or drink provided for volunteering. 

  • There is no free food for friends, or other volunteers.

  • AR Staff members at the ticket desk have a meal ticket coupon that they can use. Keep track for Concession lead.

  • At the end of the evening, warm food items that are not consumed can be given out for free to players on a first-come come first-served basis.

Serving Food Rules

• Wear Gloves when serving food

• No sitting on counters

• No feet on counters

• No hands in the ice machine. Use the scooper

• No tasting food items

Clean Up Rules

• Garbage is taken outside of concessions at the end of the night

• Sweep the floor at the end of the night.

• Put all open items in refrigerator

• Put back all food items from counter display

• Clean out the crockpots – wash if needed

• Remove water from the hot pot

• Tidy up the counters

• Wipe down all the counters
